Ice Baths
The basics
An Ice Bath is cold water immersion: a few minutes in water between about 3 and 15 °C. Athletes, high performers and busy professionals use it to recover after training, reset after a long day and feel sharper.
Research suggests regular cold exposure may support recovery, mood, metabolism and sleep: Leeder et al., 2012 (recovery), Søberg et al., 2021 (metabolism), Yankouskaya et al., 2023 (mood) and Cain et al., 2025 (stress, sleep and quality of life). Consistency matters more than extreme temperatures. For a simple overview, watch Wim Hof: 10 Reasons for Ice Baths. See all research ›
Contrast therapy means moving between heat and cold, usually a Sauna or Infrared Sauna first and an Ice Bath after. Many people use it after training or a long day to feel refreshed and reset. For a deeper look, watch Andrew Huberman: Ice Bath & Sauna Effects. See all research ›
Choosing yours
It depends on your space and how you use it.
Flexible home use: Inflatable or Arctic Thermal (best for outdoors).
Terrace or villa: Heritage Barrel or Stainless Steel Series.
Luxury spa setup: Heritage Plunge or Signature Series.
Not sure? Send us a photo of your space and we’ll recommend one.
Core Chiller: 1.0 HP, cooling only down to 5 °C, touchscreen, no app.
Pro Chiller: 1.5 HP, cools to 2 °C and heats to 40 °C, touchscreen and app.
Ice Making Chiller: 1.5 HP, reaches around 0 °C with real ice and heats to 40 °C, touchscreen and app.
You can start with ice, and many people do. But bagged ice is expensive, messy and melts fast, and the water gets dirty. A chiller holds your temperature day and night and filters the water, so your Ice Bath is ready when you are.
Arctos Ice Baths range from AED 4,999 to AED 29,999, depending on the model and chiller. Every price includes free delivery and professional setup across the UAE.
Yes. Our Ice Baths and chillers are UAE summer tested. Keep the chiller in the shade with clear airflow around it, and our team sets everything up correctly on delivery.
Using it safely
Start around 15 °C. Once that feels comfortable, move to 10 to 12 °C, where most people train. Experienced users go down to 8 to 10 °C, or 4 to 6 °C for short sessions.
3 to 5 minutes per session, or 2 to 5 minutes below 6 °C. Aim for 11 to 15 minutes of cold a week in total, split over 2 to 4 sessions.
For most healthy adults, yes. Speak with your doctor before you start if you have a heart condition or are pregnant. Build up gradually: consistency matters far more than extreme temperatures.
Yes. Arctos Ice is made for homes, families, gyms and wellness spaces, and the filtration keeps the water clean between sessions. Shower before use, keep the cover on and follow the water care routine.
Care and costs
At home: change the water and hair filter every 10 days and the main filter once a month.
Gyms and commercial use: water and hair filter every week, main filter twice a month.
We use NSF 50 certified filters. Avoid harsh cleaning products: they can damage the Ice Bath and filtration.
Depending on your chiller, filtration includes UV-C and ozone. Shower before use and keep the cover on when the Ice Bath is not in use: the water stays cleaner for longer.
The Pro and Ice Making Chillers cool the water by around 4 to 5 °C per hour and heat it at a similar rate. The first cool down depends on your starting water: from 30 °C to 10 °C, plan for around 4 to 5 hours.
Around AED 50 a month at home and around AED 200 a month in commercial use, based on typical use.

Saunas
The basics
An Infrared Sauna warms your body directly with gentle heat at up to 65 °C, ideal for daily use at home. A Finnish Sauna heats the air with hot stones and steam at up to 100 °C, for the classic, more intense experience.
Around 15 minutes for an Infrared Sauna and around 20 to 30 minutes for the Traditional Barrel Sauna.
Löyly is the Finnish word for the steam that rises when you pour water over hot Sauna stones. It gives a traditional Sauna its intensity, and our Traditional Barrel Sauna is built around it.
Choosing yours
Size and capacity. The Infrared Sauna Compact fits one person, Classic one to two and Comfort two to three. Classic adds an extra red light dial, and Comfort adds ambient LED strips.
Yes. Our outdoor Infrared Saunas come with a weather-resistant roof built for UAE conditions. Place any outdoor Sauna on a flat, stable base such as paving, decking or a concrete pad, not directly on sand, grass or gravel.
It depends on the model and location. The Infrared Sauna Comfort uses up to 2,645 W, so have a qualified electrician confirm your circuit before installation.
Yes. In our Infrared Saunas, the far infrared heating and the red light are controlled separately, so you can use either on its own.
Using it safely
In an Infrared Sauna, start with 15 to 20 minutes and build up to 30 as you get used to the heat.
For most healthy adults, yes. Speak with your doctor first if you have a heart condition or are pregnant, drink water before and after, and leave the Sauna if you feel unwell.
Care and costs
Wipe the hemlock interior with a soft, slightly damp cloth after each use. Avoid soaking the wood.
Wipe it down after heavy rain or sandstorms. Like any asphalt shingle roof, it needs no special treatment.
Delivery and warranty
Yes. Delivery and professional setup are free across the UAE, usually within 1 to 3 business days, subject to availability.

Red Light Therapy
The basics
Red Light Therapy uses LEDs to shine red and near infrared light onto your skin. Red light works closer to the surface, and near infrared reaches deeper into tissue. People use it for recovery, skin and everyday wellbeing.
For most goals, both. Each wavelength works at a different depth, so combining them gives the most complete effect. Our panels let you choose red, near infrared or both, and the Face Mask combines them in preset modes.
It varies by person and goal. Many people notice first changes within a few weeks of consistent use, with fuller results over 8 to 12 weeks.
Red and near infrared light may support your skin’s natural collagen and elastin production, which is linked to firmer, smoother-looking skin over time. The Face Mask and the Face Panel’s Skin mode are made for this.
Not on its own. Red Light Therapy is not a weight-loss treatment. Some people use it alongside training and a healthy diet as part of their routine.
Choosing yours
Face Mask: cordless and made for the face, for glow and clearer skin.
Face Panel: face and targeted areas.
Full Body Panel: full-body sessions for recovery, sleep and mood.
Our Red Light Therapy devices are FDA listed, which means they are registered with the US FDA. Listing is not the same as FDA approval.
Our panels are rated at 190 mW/cm² at 15 cm. The closer you are, the more intense the light. Start further back and move closer as your skin gets used to it.
Using it safely
Most sessions last 10 to 20 minutes, 3 to 5 times a week. The Face Mask runs 5, 10 or 15-minute sessions, and the panels can be set from 1 to 30 minutes.
Not well. Clothing blocks most of the light, so uncover the area you are treating during your session.
Yes, for most people, if your skin tolerates it. Start with 3 to 5 sessions a week and move to daily use once you know how your skin responds.
Red and near infrared light therapy is considered very low risk. Rarely, sensitive skin shows mild, short-term redness or tightness. If that happens, shorten your session or move further from the panel.
It is not required, but the light can feel bright. If you are sensitive to light, wear eye protection (included with our panels) or close your eyes during a session.
If you are pregnant, have epilepsy, have active cancer in the treatment area, have recently had eye surgery or take medication that increases light sensitivity, speak with your doctor before use.
Care and costs
Wipe the food-grade silicone with a soft, damp cloth after use. It cleans in seconds.
